Leonetto Cappiello (1875–1942) was an Italian poster artist and painter, often called the "father of modern advertising." He revolutionized poster design with bold colors, dynamic compositions, and striking imagery, moving away from the detailed Art Nouveau style. His work featured exaggerated, eye-catching figures and strong contrasts, making his posters instantly recognizable.
