"Cycles Clément" is a vintage advertising poster created by Jean de Paleologue (also known as PAL), a Romanian-born artist famous for his Art Nouveau-style posters. The poster was designed to promote Clément cycles, a well-known French bicycle manufacturer in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
